This is the option for street-rodders & racers who already have a good LS block core, but want to upgrade it with new forged internals designed & built for their application! Simply send us your bare block, and receive it back with a fully forged rotating assembly, ready to go!

  • CNC Parallel Surface Block Decks
  • CNC Dual Torque Plate Hone Job
  • New Performance Cam, Main & Rod Bearings
  • Smeding 4340 Forged 4" Stroke Crankshaft w/ 58x
  • Smeding 4340 Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods
  • Forged Pistons w/ Coated Skirts & Lightweight Rings
  • Blueprint Assembly Specific to your Application

Let us know when ordering your target compression ratio as well as cylinder head combustion chamber volume. Also let us know the engine's application & target horse power so we can make sure the engine is built to match.

We offer round trip commercial freight shipping services for $500, or you can ship the block yourself.

Camshaft Kit includes: Smeding Forged Camshaft, Link-Bar Hydraulic Roller Lifters, 4x Billet Timing Set, GM Thrust Plate—Installed

Sealed-Up Kit includes: Melling 10295 Oil Pump, GM Teflon Rear Main Seal Cover, GM Gen IV Front Timing Cover, GM LS3 Valley Cover & Smeding Stroker Oil Pan—Installed

All blocks must be supplied bare, with no parts or rotating assembly, except for main caps & main hardware. If the block is not bare, there is a $100 tear down charge.
