Block Machining Center

heights, alignment etc.) while keeping our prices
competitive with most non-performance machine

Cylinder Head Center
This is the same machine used by the majority of Formula One, Cart & Nascar Teams. We are able to change seat angles, widths, depth, radius etc. with touch screen controls. |
Balancing Center
With our Hines digital balancer we are able to
consistently balance our components within 1
gram accuracy. Those components includes pistons,
connecting rods, crankshaft, balancer, and
flywheel. Each and every engine we assemble is
balanced. |

Honing Center
Our computer-controlled diamond honing center
produces finishes that were considered impossible
just a few years ago. The results are: superior ring
seals, less friction, faster break-in, and longer life. |
